just wanted to raise a quick question. is there ganna be an olympic event?

I'd rather see items duplicating bugs fixed (magna), keyboard layout fixes in linux version of RO, decreasing ridiculously long casting times of warlocks (its not rare that devotion runs out during BoW, WS and knock spams, rendering the lock dead as he cant cast anything to protect himself as the shortest damaging CC is 2s cast time, while e.g. marks has 0.5s) and something done about ridiculously low hunter damage, 10 normals from lvl50 hunter on lvl60 barb is just stupid when he can do 2.4k when he reaches you because of horn+ons+spring+di.

There is a 50% cap.
But there isn't an minus cap.
So you can do caltrops and ensnaring arrow easily, wait for UM to run out -> confuse...and barb is dead

There also is an european championship soccer/football

I really dont want to see an event thats based on sport stuff but I can live with it,
I would like it if they could get that spare time into fixing/looking into some buggs
and making an event coz of some weird day or something afterwards

Bounty hunter type idea worked like this : A player becomes the target. A bounty is placed on this target's head. Opposing realms try to track and kill this player within a time frame to gain the reward. The home realm defends the target for the time frame to divide the reward.

This is how the AMUN experimental event is structured. In this case, the test offers up to 1000 magna as a bounty reward. Remember it's experimental and may never go live.

If it does, it could work nicely on RA as i see how they handle it on amun. On Horus, I predict potentially disastrous results. The culture of Horus is not quite ready for it.

Olympics event? You mean throwing javelin/hammer/discus/metal balls on enemy zergs, jumping over rocks/logs/etc. while chasing enemies, swimming/diving (good luck with getting rid of necro) etc.? - Fencing is implemented already.

I'd really love to see the possibility to give points for sync jumps into river (some people already started training for that and became real masters of this sport).

Also sth like pole vaulting into enemy castles or over realm walls would be fun
