Clicking spellbar results often in moved or removed spells

As quoted from a handful of threads in Suggestions. However, this is a actually severe gameplay problem at the moment.

I stress, this is a severe gameplay problem currently affecting mouse users, crippling our gameplay as we fight with our bars through every battle.

Or, when i click a spell aqnd move the mouse too fast, i switch spellpositions. Especially when you play on a high level and you have to use spells very very fast it would be graet to have a chance to lock the spells in the spellbar, this is just a very very simple change with a great effect on gameplay,.

Clicking spells in the spellbar like it is now, is just not practically.

Please, this is desperately needed. Ever since the UI update I've spent just as much time fighting my spellbar in war as I am fighting the enemy.

The suggested fix is to apply a "lock spellbar" option. See also the following threads:
