not so sure about this, since it would restrict personal character development based on other's actions. The idea to restrict the number of WMs is interesting though. Perhaps only 1 WM per account would work, although I'm not sure how much this would affect the population of WMs.

Won't help much. 3/4 of active RO community have multiple accounts.

Maybe limit the amount of Warmasters to a certain number a day for each realm. Those with the most RP earned that day in the realm become Warmasters. Once you get about 150 rp you can enter the list for legibility for Warmaster. Really adds the emphasis of advantages in skirmishes.

Limiting warmasters will not work, as it will make people pissed that they spent all that time getting it (not all wms are pr0) seeing that they cant use it.. the only thing to do (in my eyes) is make race and class specific warmaster supportive spells (perhaps even add a spell tree into there? so you select a skill tree, and this affects the type of warmaster spells you get along with your class + race, would add more variety imo)

You're right. NGD got themselves into this mess. Your idea is good. I support! +1
