New Server - No free name change scroll

I did not get a name change scroll when logging into the new server from Horus.
And also when adding my scroll can someone then remove the extra Alienware helm that I have... I only need one and it is really bugging me.

You checked character stash?
About multiple nondropable items, let us trasę them or just delete. Having 5x mask of santa or grilsh (what was name of this green gnome?)
