Invasion system - Relic Blocking feature.
Hey all,
We've added a new feature which allow us to define a period of time in which the relics can't be stolen from their pedestals.
This feature is intended to avoid invasions in a server low-population period.
With the help of GameSamba, we've set up an hour schedule for this feature. From now on the relics will be blocked from 10AM GMT to 5:00PM GMT.

Not sure about the time as the activity starts few hours before that timer ends, but in my experience that clock should be set 4 hours back.. but anyways nevermind.

Also noticed just now that 3.5 hours past the time, Alsius and Syrtis relics are open for the taking, but Ignis ones are locked.
Frosk, is this supposed to be like this? Different times for different realms?
And these are supposedly peak war hours for Haven.

Can we have an indication that relics are locked in messages ?
Display it when one is logging on, and when relics are locked/unlocked.
Currently, a message appears on relic's cage when the delay of 30 mins expired, not very useful.
That said, i don't like much this feature... it seems a workaround on a badly designed system.

Greying out blocked relics should suffice then.

This must be re-thought definitely.
Alsius would have the only chance to get back the stolen relics during this time, since ignis always invading nights (europian time) when there are hardly on any goat to defend....
Same thing happened this morning, logged in, reds were taking our relics when there was only 4-5 on my friends list, no point to defend, no point to even try against a 15-20+ red army, so with the current relic block system reds can invade when alsius has low population, but alsius cannot when reds have few on due to this relic blocks..
Balance FTW huh? :P

It is probably "great" idea of Game Samba, as it is obviously american time zone oriented. I don't think that blocking relics on Haven is good idea anyway, since players of so many time zones play on this server.
