lethal strike

can someone plz explain this spell? i heard it was real good but when i tried it (on lvl 3) it didn;t seem worth the hi mana. did only a litle more dmg than a shiel pierce.

You need to be buffed up to your very bones. The skill, unlike others increases it´s damage depending on your basic dmg. Ways to make it higher:

+ Get a high damage bow
+ Recharged arrows
+ Death sentence/surprise attack
+ Get more dexteryty with rings, amulets or passive in short bows, maybe even the dmg passive in long bows. Also manuver helps a lot.
+ Get a conjurer with enchantments to buff you up (bless weapon and feline dexterity)
+ Get a barb with onslaught and off with their heads
+ Maybe even get a warlock with infuriate if you feel like beating a record

Sudden strike, actually. And, death sentence works better than sudden strike in conjunction with lethal strike provided DS is lvl3 and above.

Since the respawn rate is ridiculously low, i have made some tests yesterday

With the +60% damage, and i have even not used recharged arrows

And without, notice there is anyway no much difference because i've recharged arrow on this one.

Maneuver lvl 2, SB passive +9 dext, sudden strike, DS 3, lethal strike 3. Recharged arrows lvl 3 on the second.

check this damage out. my buffs plus death sentence. Keep in mind these are only self buffs, no onslaught or conjurer help included.

im guessing a lvl 5 death sentence with a lvl 5 recharge arrow also a high menuver ?

and a lvl 50 weapon with lvl 50 skills and lvl 50 arrows and lvl50 archer against some (aprox) lvl 38 Mob... that should help and explain a lot too.

Without Death Sentence/Sudden Strike (you can see it from other ranged damages), best Warlock armor against piercing, and not even from a lv 50 marks. I had worse but I took the screenshot here because the conditions and the log show how overpowered this skill is.

A warlock has golem fist, which at lvl 5 can do around 1050 dmg.

And you say another class is overpowered for doing similar dmg to you?

maybe the marksman was buffed by a mage or a barb or by both? And maybe the marks used no piercing arrows? And maybe he used a slow range 25 bow that makes more damage?

And why is that skill overpowered? Barbs can do that damage easiely and mages can do it too. Why should a markman not do that much damage?
