Why only lvl 50?

You can be good, but not the character you play. You can be the best player but with a lvl 1 charakter you cannot show all your skills. For that it means you can only compare the player skills if the charakters have an equal level.

You can play a lvl 30 charakter for years but when a player who played his lvl 50 charakter one week comes you will probably loose. And for others it is not easy to recognise who has more player skill in this case. You cannot compare apples with pears
