Strange windows appearing in the world of Regnum

Found strange windows to appear when mouse is over spells actions on quickbar, then scrolling up/down and back. Dont think its supposed to be like that
1st, 2nd and 3rd screen

It happens sometimes to me but you're still able to cast it with error/wrong information about that spell.

it's a well known bug.
