As you already know, some of our payment methods have monthly payment limits.
Now, a new option has been enabled for those users that reach that limit. This new option is based on expanding this limit only if a user had previously reached that limit.
This option is available and can be enabled through a ticket in the "Clients" section.
Once the ticket is sent, the first thing to verify is if the user had previously reached the payment limit. If the user never did so, the request will be ignored.
If the request is indeed valid, the user will be evaluated on his gameplay and payment rates to verify that he's allowed to expand his payment limit.
We remind you, however, that you will be qualified for a payment limit expansion only if you have previously reached the payment limit.
