From the shorts PvP I did in arena & warzone I just find it pathetic, it is just Roar & knock down ...
Add to this that the roar range etc is related to the lag between players..

There never was a fun between barb vs barb PvP,knight vs knight yes and are fun.
Barb vs barb means dmg vs dmg and knock vs knock ,nothing more,oh ya maybe sometimes if MS works.

In fact barb vs any other class means the same think dmg ,knock and ms.

PvP means just premium (to buy uber gears to do dmg and get wm resists on your armor),or go ahead with RNG ..pray to resist.
Pvp is just random think after version 1.0.8 when tons of spells and resists went to random.

Pvp in regnum does not prove that your are good anymore,just prove how lucky or how much money you spent in game that all.If you are lucky and spent tons of cash you have god_mod_on.

Since the "removal" of free level 1 spells and changing half a dozen others so they're worthless below level 5... then adding a ton more power points its obvious that 90% of level 60 players are in cookie-cutter setups now.

There really isn't a lot of intelligence required, nor involved - matches are over so quickly that there really isn't much room for variables born of intelligent play styles, it's just the nature of the class.
However I do agree that anything goes, it's rather annoying when others play at false chivalry; it's unreasonable to assume others needs must play to specific esoteric rules set down by certain players as what they deem appropriate to use.

I ran into a higher level barb at SH the other day, and yes I enjoyed that fight, partly because it was close, partly because it had been a long-ass time since I've had to fight someone off when grinding. But I won't pretend that the fight wasn't mostly determined with either one of us on our backs or them running around waiting on cooldowns. Though they did try to ROTE me as I gave chase, the spell landed too short to hit but it was a decent attempt.

The high risk-high reward gameplay can get the blood pumping, but its anything but "intelligent"

All classes and barbs are clones setup.Because of tons of power points you are able to chose almost all spells,you are not forced like in old gameplay to chose between resists and dmg.
Agree that gameplay evoluete a lots,but not in skills style,just in massive numbers of skills and items,but not in logical state.
