question about paypal

hey,

I just made a paypal account and i tried to put money on it, which takes 1-2 days, making me miss the luckybox thing.
But can anyone tell me how you buy xim with it?
Cause i tried just to see and it says you need to couple a creditcard to your acount (which i don't have, just a bank card).
Do i really have get a creditcard now?

nah a bank account should be enough. But PayPal wants that you verify your bank account first. Verification takes several days. They will send you some money (a few cents) on your bank account, and when you know how much, you can finish the verification process.

well they said i would get a mail, which i did recieve, so i verified it there.
Now i put some money on it from my bank account but i want to know if it will get on it.
Also will you get a mail about them sending some money?

i never have to put money on the paypal account, i just buy something and the money will get deducted from my bank account later

You have a credit card then (which i don't)
I really don't understand how this works, i put money on it and it still din't arrive

it takes 1-2 workdays.. so if you put transferred money in or just before the weekend then it should arrive somewhere today.

You dont need a credit card. Just wait for the money to arrive, login on the RO site, go to 'buy ximerin', choose the amount, press 'get ximerin', a new window will open, log in there with your paypall account and press OK or smting.

I did like quince said, verified my account and such.
But when i click buy xim and log my paypal account it asks for a creditcard (i don't have one!) and there seem to be no other options.

I was never able to register my regular bank card with paypal even though it has a visa logo on it. I suspect it has something to do with the country I live in. My credit card had no problem though.

In paypal you can add your bankaccount to it.
Paypal will ask you to confirm it and they will take 0,01 euro away from it.

After that you can make transfers you want with NGD.
All you have todo, add your bankaccount nummer, do that one time confirmation, buy xim. Took me a few hours (took me more time to find out how it worked)

i did all that but he still asks me for a creditcard when i want to get xim.
